Policies and Shipping Details


Overall Parts Policy:

Jukebox Repairman LLC offers used and new old stock parts sold in as-is, untested condition.  Our inventory changes regularly so there are no guarantees we will have every part available.  Due to the nature of used parts and accessories, it is not possible to offer any type of warranty or guarantee. Parts and accessories are purchased and used at the customer’s risk. Jukebox Repairman LLC is not responsible in any way for any and all damages that may occur from use of any part, item or other equipment sold. Vintage parts and equipment are unpredictable. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow safe installation and use practices.  

No returns are allowed.


Payment Options

Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Bank Check or Money Order

Wire Transfer also acceptable; additional Fees may apply.


Shipping Methods:

Shipping & Handling charges will be applied to the order based on dimensions and weight of item to be shipped, geographic location and best carrier method.  Total cost, including shipping and handling, will be communicated via a confirmation email to the customer.  We strive to use the most economical shipping options for each customer.  Please note additional fees will apply to rush shipping requests.


Domestic Shipments:

Our standard shipping methods within the United States are US Postal Service,

United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx.  Most items ship within 5 days of purchase.


International Shipments* :

Our standard shipping method for locations outside the United States is via US Postal Service,

either air or ground. 

Estimated shipping time for US Postal Service Ground is 6 – 8 weeks.

Estimated shipping time for US Postal Service Air is 2 – 6 weeks.               


United Parcel Service (UPS) is also available.

UPS, at a higher cost, can expedite the shipping to approximately 1 – 2 weeks.

               

*Time estimates are approximate, and may change due to the customs clearance process.


If an export agent is preferred, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the agent and make the arrangements for pick up and shipment. 

We will work with your pre-paid shipping agent to coordinate the logistics of pick up.


Declared Value:  All orders will be declared at full value, unless requested in advance by the customer in writing.

Once a package leaves Jukebox Repairman LLC, we are no longer liable for it and we can not track it through US Postal Service.  If insured, we can provide you with an ID# to file a trace. 

If using UPS, tracking is available online.


Insurance:

Upon request, packages will be insured based on full value.  Please request Insurance at time of order.


Order Accuracy:

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide clear and accurate information regarding the parts ordered.  Please include make, model and part numbers if available.  Photographs are extremely helpful so we can identify the correct item you are requesting.  In the event you receive an item that is incorrect, please contact us within 7 – 10 days of receipt.  We will do our best to accommodate an exchange if the correct part is in inventory.

For service & repairs, contact us for a consultation and estimate.  For customers outside the New England area, we are available via phone and email to assist with troubleshooting and

guidance as time and availability permits.
